In our first episode we will be discussing all of the common questions we get from realtors and customers about our tiny homes.
Meet The Hosts
Brian Sodre
Owner of Miniopolis, Brian Sodre, has a deep passion for Real Estate.
His vision of efficient living started when he was only 19, building an addition to his mom’s house. Shortly after that life changing Investment, he was hooked. Buying distressed homes, fixing them and renting them became his new found joy.
“My parents came from nothing and Real Estate changed my life.”
After owning multiple rental properties, Brian Sodre challenged himself to take it to the next level and help others experince the world of Real Estate the right way by becoming Florida State Licensed as both a Realtor & General Contractor.
“Too many Realtors & Contractors do this for the money, I love this.”
Now offering a solution to tastesful, safe, built-to-last, & affordable housing Brian’s goal is to offer an easier entry point into Real Estate by building Tiny homes.

Sal DiBenedetto
Salvatore (Sal) is originally from Brooklyn, NY and is currently attending Florida Gulf Coast University majoring in Finance with an expected graduation in 2025. Growing up watching his family members manage their rental properties really sparked an interest in real estate at a young age for Sal. At the age of 18 Sal obtained his Florida & New York sales associate license, and at the age of 20 he obtained his brokers license. Sal is currently an associate broker at EXP Realty LLC in SWFL & Brooklyn, New York his main focus is off market properties both residential and commercial. Sal also holds a commercial drone license (Part 107 UAS)
Sal is also currently serving as the sales manager at Miniopolis LLC where he specializes in real estate new construction sales, real estate development, and affordable housing. His job is to collaborate with land owners and city officials to help solve the affordable housing crisis we have here in Florida. Miniopolis is also a full service General Contractor that preforms a variety of services such as consulting, commercial, and residential buildouts and renovations.
